Spring Rec

What we are providing

We are a youth lacrosse league for boys and girls in 1st through 8th grade for the Flathead Valley.

All experience levels are welcome as we learn the fundamentals and progress into competitive play to prepare kids to play at the high school level.

We practice from March (pre-season) and April until early June with tournaments running from mid April through early June. Outdoor practices start early April, weather dependent and practices will be indoors in March. Please see our schedule page on the website for further details.

The registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your payment (credit/debit card or bank account) information available.

*While we aim to keep registration costs low, please keep in mind, that the game of lacrosse is still a growing game in the western part of the US. To accommodate and provide quality game play and accessibility, we do have to travel out of town to play other teams. This does add additional costs, but we work as a larger community to help where we can.

First and Second Grade (1/2) Info

The lacrosse program for first and second grade is all about having fun and exposing the kids to the game of lacrosse. The league will provide each child with a lacrosse stick and gear to use during the season and a lacrosse sports tee for them to keep! An athletic cup for boys and mouth guards for boys and girls is required.

The official season will run the months of April and mid June 2025 for first and second grade. There will also be some optional indoor practices in March (3/30 and 4/1) that will be posted on the indoor practice schedule. We hope to get on the fields the first week of April, though it is weather dependent, so please watch your email for any updates.

Practice starting in April will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:00 at Kidsport.

Travel is not required at this age and there are not games on weekends, however there may come an opportunity to scrimmage each other at our local tournament or possibly travel to a tournament as an optional opportunity this year.
